Pack and Unpack Asutype

Asutype can take a snapshot of its working conditions (i.e. which settings it currently has and with what values, which working files are open and with what entries etc.) and save it to a file called packed file. At any time in the future, you can open (or unpack) this file and Asutype will restore itself to this exact working condition.

To pack Asutype:

1. Click the "Support" menu (or right click the running icon's menu) and choose the "Pack Data" menu item.
2. Name the file and click the "Save" button.

To unpack Asutype:

1. Click the "Support" menu (or right click the running icon's menu) and choose the "Unpack Data" menu item.
2. Select a packed file and click the "Open" button.

Note: You can use this Pack/Unpack feature to backup Asutype as well as to transfer your data between computers, such as between a computer at work and a computer at home.
